Saying it has been hot in VB the past couple days is an understatement. So before you hit the HH on this hump day go get in the water. Surf is up, sort of. Occassional 3 footers at the jetty might get your stick wet. If not, head to Chicho's at the Block for $3 pitchers. This weather is perfect for your beach cruiser!

For us normal 9 to 5 people the work week has started again. Mondays get such a bad rap. Have no fear, Keegans wants to take your manic mondays woes away. They have dollar beers tonight. So once the work day is over go grab a beer or 4. Also, if you are hungry try their Irish Nachos. Bring a friend, they are huge!

Sand Soccer Aftermath

Well, Sand Soccer '09 is officially over. What has it taught us? It showed us that even with little to no sun on Saturday can still melt your skin off in about 3 hours. We also found out that CP Shuckers is serving up Bloody Mary's and Screw Drivers for only $3 on Sundays until 2 pm. Also, they have $2 Bud-Heavy drafts all day everyday from the looks of it.

So take a weekend from your weekend and enjoy some cold Budweisers from your friends at Shuckers. On a side note, their Buffalo Shrimp wrap that's on special until Tuesday is amazing!

Yeah? Well good. Head over to the Salty Dog Cafe on Shore Drive for their $3 32 oz. draft beers tonight. They are sure to keep them cold and flowing for you! Ah the infamous Hump Day. Is it in the beginning of the week or just the start to your weekend? Us here at VBhappyhour.com are firm believers that the weekend starts on Wednesday and ends on Tuesday.
